Overview

DIP 120 delivers reliable, on-demand dry ice pellets with a compact footprint. Internal LCO₂ routing enables <20 s start-up, while the stainless cabinet, forklift-friendly base, and large access panels simplify daily cleaning and maintenance. A front delivery layout centers a collection box under the press for even fill, and the touch HMI provides I/O diagnostics and per-valve checks. Built with industrial components (Danfoss / Siemens) and an efficient LCO₂ path that can approach ~2.2:1 conversion when installed per guidelines.

Notes

Notes

  • Forklift-friendly base for easy positioning and cleaning access.
  • Large removable panels provide clear access to internal components.
  • Front delivery pipes allow a collection box to be centered for even fill.
  • Efficient LCO2 routing can approach ~2.2:1 conversion with proper tank and piping installation.
  • CO2 for dry ice is a by-product of other processes (e.g., ethanol, biomass, ammonia), making dry ice a greener choice for transport, cooling, and cleaning.
