Overview
Built for continuous, high volume production: about 529 lb of dry ice pellets an hour from a 43.3 x 27.6 x 66.9 in cabinet. Internal liquid CO₂ routing starts production in under 20 seconds, and it runs on a high performance hydraulic power unit. The stainless cabinet sits on a forklift friendly base, with large removable panels for cleaning and service. Front delivery pipes center the collection box for an even fill, and the touch screen shows I/O diagnostics and per valve checks. Built with Danfoss and Siemens components. With the tank and lines installed to spec, conversion can approach 2.2:1.
