What we collect

What you give us. When you request pricing, a quote, or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, phone number, company (optional), and what you told us about your cleaning application, equipment interest, or message.

What your browser sends. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools receive your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and the advertising campaign that brought you here (UTM tags and the Google click identifier).

What we do not collect. No payment details, no account passwords, no data from children. This site is for business buyers.

Why we use it

• To answer your request with a recommendation and pricing, by email and phone.
• To send you one confirmation email when you submit a request.
• To understand which pages and ads lead to real requests, so we spend on the right ones.
• To keep automated abuse off our forms.
• To keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.

Who else receives it

We rely on a small number of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs for the purpose listed, and each has its own privacy policy.

• Google Analytics and Google Ads

  Measures how visitors use the site and which advertising brought them here. When you submit a pricing or quote form, a normalized version of your email address and phone number is sent to Google so it can match the request to an ad click. Google hashes these values before they leave your browser.

• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise

  Scores form submissions to tell people from automated abuse. It never blocks a submission; the score only labels our internal notification.

• Microsoft Clarity

  Records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything you type into a form is masked before it is recorded.

  Delivers the confirmation email to you and the notification email to us.

• Upstash

  Rate limiting. Stores a hashed, unreadable version of your IP address and email address for up to one hour to stop repeated automated submissions.

  Hosts the site and keeps short-lived server logs, including your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.

Authorized distributors may be given your request if they serve your region and you asked about purchasing through one. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar tools

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google reCAPTCHA, and Microsoft Clarity set cookies or use similar browser storage to recognize a returning browser and to attribute a request to an ad click. We do not set marketing cookies of our own. You can block these in your browser settings or with an extension; the site and its forms still work without them.

How long we keep it

• Request details live in our email inbox and sales records for as long as we have a business reason, typically while we are working with you and for our records afterward.
• Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider, then discarded.
• The hashed values used for rate limiting expire within one hour.
• Analytics data is retained on the schedules set by Google and Microsoft.

Your choices

Email us at sales@cryopurecorp.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. If you live in a state with a privacy law that gives you additional rights, those rights apply and the same address is where to use them. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS. Our providers store data in access-controlled systems. No method is perfect, so if you believe your information has been exposed, contact us and we will look into it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
